Truth is, you were taught and wired to see lack instead of seeing abundance. You easily find evidence of the ways you are NOT experiencing overflow of money, clients and joy, instead of seeing how you are already calling in abundance (just not at the level you desire YET!)

The sneaky part is that those thoughts are putting up roadblocks to the flow of abundance the Universe is sending you.

3 STEPS TO MASSIVELY SHIFT YOUR ABUNDANCE MINDSET

Understand what needs to shift

The first place to start is always recognizing the beliefs you’re holding onto.

Your lack mindset and limiting beliefs around money are showing up in all sorts of places, and the more you become aware of them, the faster you can start welcoming in more and more money and abundance.

So, when you think of money, what comes up for you? What fears and limiting beliefs are you holding onto? Do you think it’s hard to come by, that there’s a limit on how much you can earn, that you need to be worthy, that it will change who you are or how others treat you?

Write out all that comes up when you think about living in overflow and making an abundance of money.

Take those first steps

The next step is to adopt an abundance mindset by countering the lack mindset and limiting beliefs.

Take some time to look at each of the beliefs you wrote out above and replace it with an abundance thought:

Money is hard to earn = I can welcome in money from all different sources including retirement funds, gifts, business services, career, selling stuff online.

Money makes people greedy and snobby = Money expands who I am and allows me to do more good work in this life, enjoy new experiences, feel less stressed, more at ease and enjoy this amazing life.

I am not worthy of money = I was born worthy. God/The Universe put a mission and purpose on my heart and wants to support me so I can fulfill what I’m here to do.

Doing this exercise will start to shift your thoughts and open up how you experience new possibilities in your life.

Embody the change

This step is all about living in abundance and feeling in overflow starting right now even if your external environment doesn’t reflect that.

Ask yourself each day: How am I abundant? How do I already have money flowing to me each day? How am I being supported by the Universe? How am I allowing money to flow to me at this time? How can I celebrate the simple things like money supporting me to pay my bills?

Respond as if you are the future version of you already living in abundance with your bank account filled? How are you experiencing money in your external world?

The key is to take small consistent steps each day to really embody the change you want to make.

So, being aware of the energy that you are in at all times. Being aware of the moments you shift back into seeing how you lack clients, lack enough money, lack overflow, and then actively shifting your energy back to how you are abundant ie. how you have 1 client you get to work with, how you just received a refund, how you have a house or car that you bought and own.

This is where the abundance starts flowing from!

I’m Katerina.

I’m a mindset and confidence shifting guide for ambitious female entrepreneurs. My heart and soul calling is to help women, like you, feel fearless and confident in their business, so they can make the impact and income they dream of.

This picture is me all confident and acting all CEO of my life and business. But, fun fact about this photo from 5 years ago, I was all BUT feeling abundant and successful. I was living and breathing lack down to “how the heck will I pay for this photo shoot!”

Lack and I have been best friends since before I could remember. I wasn’t just a glass is always half empty type of girl, I was also the “and it’s filled with the wrong type of beverage.”

I was queen of “I can’t afford it.”

If money were a boyfriend, it would’ve been a toxic relationship with me telling him he’s never there for me, and him never wanting to stick around. There was no fun in having money around.

Then I started to actively flip the script. It started with seeing that everything that I had in my life from the mugs I drink from, to the toilet paper I bought, to the house I live in = money! The exchange for those things was money. And if I sold them, they’d bring me money. Which meant I was literally sitting on abundance as I watched TV. I was drinking abundance with the coffee I bought.

Mind blown!

It was understanding that the Universe is always trying to send us money, but we are limiting how we are open to receiving it (like it only counts if it’s from business and not from Aunt Sally!) or feeling like we don’t deserve more.

Then, I started to play a little game and instead of freaking out that I didn’t have enough, I stayed calm and trusted and looked for evidence that somehow money would be there to pay the bills.

I started to notice money coming from gifts, retirement funds, random refunds, unclaimed money from the state. It got fun!

So, I committed to mastering money!

Though it’s a lifelong, on going process to understand and “master” money energy, it’s been a game changer for my life and business.

Money is now the “boyfriend” that’s around all the time in supportive ways!
